“Dip ramen,” also called Tsukemen is IKEMEN’s specialty. A concentrated broth based on tonkotsu (pork), IKEMEN describes this as “au jus”. Yet IKEMEN continued, turning the ramen into funky names with unique twists. For example, tomato and basil pesto is the “Johnny Dip”, roasted garlic is “Zebra Dip”, mushroom and fire-blasted marshmallow is the “Ghost Buster” and hot chiles is “Back Draft”. The funky names also match the very inventive techniques behind them. In addition, IKEMEN also offers vegetable broth, and both thick and thin noodles.
